CTS600 series is one of the most excellent carbon nanotubes (CNTs) of Shenghe with good conductive performances backed by its BET, low resistivity and low inpurity.

Fujian Zhonghe New Material, the 100% owned subsidiary of Shenghe, is now using self-improved CNT manufacturing method in producing CTS600, which ensures the mass production of high purity and cost-effective CTS600 with low moisture and ash contents.
