Whole Process Covered

Shenghe’s “SEER” NMP recycling project has covered all the processes relevant with NMP recycling including NMP recovery and distillation devices and the storage tanks thereof.

Both recovery and distillation systems own NMP exhaust emission less than 0.4ppm while the energy demands are 40% lower than the industrial average level.

The NMP recovery system has 99.8% higher recovery rate with the heat recovery rate higher than 80%; The purity of distilled NMP is 99.92% above with the recovery rate higher than 99.5%.
